Instructions:

  1. Installation:

    • Ensure the relay is mounted on a suitable PCB with appropriate spacing.
    • Use the correct soldering techniques to avoid damaging the relay.
  2. Coil Connection:

    • Connect the relay coil to the specified voltage (5V, 12V, or 24V).
    • Ensure the polarity is correct if the relay is a polarized type.
  3. Contact Connection:

    • Connect the load to the normally open (NO) and common (COM) terminals.
    • The normally closed (NC) terminal can be used for alternative switching configurations.
  4. Operation:

    • When the coil is energized, the NO contact will close, and the NC contact will open.
    • When the coil is de-energized, the contacts will return to their default positions.
  5. Maintenance:

    • Regularly inspect the relay for signs of wear or damage.
    • Ensure the operating environment is within the specified temperature range.
  6. Safety:

    • Do not exceed the maximum contact ratings.
    • Ensure proper insulation and isolation to prevent electrical shock.
  7. Storage:

    • Store the relay in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
