Instructions for Use

1. Power Supply:

   • Connect the VCC pin to a 5V DC power supply.
   • Connect the GND pin to the ground.

2. Triggering the Sensor:

   • Send a 10μs high-level pulse to the TRIG pin to start the ranging.
   • The sensor will send out an ultrasonic burst and wait for the echo.

3. Reading the Output:

   • The ECHO pin will output a high-level pulse whose duration corresponds to the distance measured.
   • Measure the duration of the high-level pulse on the ECHO pin using a microcontroller or timer.

4. Maximum Ranging Frequency:

   • Ensure that the time interval between two trigger pulses is at least 60ms to allow the sensor to complete its ranging cycle.

5. Mounting:

   • Mount the sensor in a stable position with the sensing face directed towards the area to be monitored.
   • Avoid placing the sensor near reflective surfaces that could cause false readings.

6. Environmental Considerations:

   • Operate the sensor within the specified temperature and humidity ranges to ensure accurate readings.
   • Shield the sensor from direct exposure to water or other liquids.

7. Safety Precautions:

   • Do not exceed the maximum operating voltage to prevent damage to the sensor.
   • Handle the sensor with care to avoid physical damage.
