Instructions for Use:

  1. Mounting:

    • Ensure the component is mounted on a PCB with proper thermal management if high current or continuous operation is expected.

  2. Electrical Connections:

    • Connect the anode (A) to the positive supply and the cathode (K) to the negative supply or ground.

    • For peak forward current (IF(PK)), ensure the pulse duration does not exceed 10ms and the duty cycle is ≤ 1/10.
  4. Reverse Voltage:

    • The reverse voltage (VR) should not exceed 5V to avoid damage to the diode.
  5. Temperature:

    • Operate the device within the specified operating temperature range (-40°C to 85°C).
    • Store the device within the storage temperature range (-40°C to 100°C).
  6. Thermal Management:

    • If the device is used in a high-temperature environment or with high current, consider using a heat sink or other cooling methods to manage the junction temperature.
  7. Handling:

    • Handle the component with care to avoid mechanical damage.
