Instructions for Use

1. Installation:

   • Ensure that the actuator is installed in a location where it will not be exposed to excessive heat, moisture, or mechanical stress.
   • Mount the actuator securely using the provided mounting holes and screws.

2. Electrical Connection:

   • Connect the positive terminal of the power supply to the positive terminal of the actuator.
   • Connect the negative terminal of the power supply to the negative terminal of the actuator.
   • Ensure that the voltage and current ratings of the power supply match the specifications of the actuator.

3. Operation:

   • Apply the rated voltage to the actuator to activate it.
   • The actuator will move to the specified stroke length at the maximum speed.
   • To reverse the direction, switch the polarity of the power supply connections.

4. Maintenance:

   • Regularly inspect the actuator for any signs of wear or damage.
   • Clean the actuator with a dry cloth to remove dust and debris.
   • Do not use solvents or abrasive materials as they may damage the actuator.

5. Safety Precautions:

   • Always disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance or installation.
   • Do not exceed the maximum voltage, current, or force ratings to avoid damage to the actuator.
   • Ensure that the actuator is properly grounded to prevent electrical hazards.

6. Storage:

   • Store the actuator in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
   • Avoid stacking heavy objects on top of the actuator during storage.
