Instructions for Use:

1. Power Supply:

   • Ensure that the forward voltage (V_F) is within the specified range to avoid damaging the LED.
   • The reverse voltage (V_R) should not exceed 5V to prevent breakdown.

2. Current Limiting:

   • Use a current-limiting resistor to ensure the forward current (I_F) does not exceed 50mA.
   • For peak pulse applications, ensure the peak pulse forward current (I_Fp) does not exceed 100mA.

3. Output Configuration:

   • The output collector-emitter saturation voltage (V_CE(sat)) should be considered when designing the load circuit to ensure proper operation.
   • The output collector current (I_C) should not exceed 1.5A to avoid overheating or damage.

4. Timing Considerations:

   • The output turn-on time (t_on) and turn-off time (t_off) should be taken into account for high-speed switching applications.

5. Isolation:

   • The isolation voltage (V_IORMS) is rated for 3750V_RMS, providing robust electrical isolation between the input and output sides.

6. Temperature Management:

   • Operate the device within the specified temperature ranges to ensure reliable performance.
   • Store the device in a controlled environment to prevent damage from extreme temperatures.

7. Handling:

   • Handle the device with care to avoid mechanical stress or damage to the leads.
   • Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions to prevent damage to the sensitive components.
