Instructions:

1. Installation:

   • Ensure the relay is installed in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating.
   • Mount the relay securely using the provided mounting hardware.
   • Connect the power supply and control signals according to the pin configuration diagram.

2. Wiring:

   • Pin 1: Control Signal (+)
   • Pin 2: Control Signal (-)
   • Pin 3: Common (COM)
   • Pin 4: Normally Open (NO)
   • Pin 5: Normally Closed (NC)

3. Operation:

   • Apply the control voltage (12V) across Pin 1 and Pin 2 to energize the coil.
   • When the coil is energized, the common contact (Pin 3) will switch from the normally closed (NC) position (Pin 5) to the normally open (NO) position (Pin 4).
   • When the control voltage is removed, the contacts will return to their default positions.

4. Maintenance:

   • Regularly inspect the relay for signs of wear or damage.
   • Clean the relay contacts with a soft, dry cloth if necessary.
   • Do not use abrasive materials or solvents that could damage the contacts.

5. Safety:

   • Always disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance or installation.
   • Ensure the relay is used within its specified voltage and current ratings to avoid damage or failure.
   • Follow all local electrical codes and regulations when installing and using the relay.
