   • Apply solder paste evenly to the pads.
   • Place the resistor on the PCB ensuring proper alignment with the pads.
   • Use reflow soldering for optimal results. Follow the recommended reflow profile provided by the manufacturer.

3. Storage:

   • Store in a dry, cool place to prevent moisture absorption.
   • Use within the recommended shelf life to ensure performance.

4. Testing:

   • Verify the resistance value using a multimeter before and after installation.
   • Check for any visual defects such as cracks or discoloration.

5. Soldering Profile:

   • Preheat: 120-150°C for 60-90 seconds.
   • Soak: 180-200°C for 60-90 seconds.
   • Reflow: 220-240°C for 30-45 seconds.
   • Cooling: Natural cooling to room temperature.

6. Environmental Considerations:

   • The component is RoHS compliant and suitable for lead-free soldering processes.
   • Dispose of any defective components according to local environmental regulations.
