Instructions
Installation:
- Ensure the relay module is installed in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating.
- Mount the relay on a DIN rail or a suitable mounting surface.
Connection:
- Connect the 24V DC power supply to the input terminals (L+ and L-).
- Connect the load to the common (COM) and normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) terminals as required.
Operation:
- When the input voltage is applied, the relay coil energizes, causing the contacts to switch from NC to NO.
- When the input voltage is removed, the contacts return to their default position (NC).
Safety Precautions:
- Do not exceed the maximum load voltage and current ratings.
- Ensure all connections are secure and properly insulated.
- Avoid operating the relay in environments with high humidity or corrosive gases.
- Use appropriate fuses or circuit breakers to protect against overcurrent conditions.
Maintenance:
- Regularly inspect the relay for signs of wear or damage.
- Clean the relay contacts with a dry, lint-free cloth if necessary.
- Replace the relay if it fails to operate correctly or shows signs of damage.
