Instructions for Use

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the specified range of 4.5V to 5.5V.
    • Connect the ground (GND) pin to a stable reference ground.
  2. Input Handling:

    • Apply valid logic levels to all input pins. Avoid floating inputs as they can cause undefined behavior.
    • Input leakage current should be within ±1μA to prevent unintended operation.
  3. Output Handling:

    • Do not exceed the maximum output current of 25mA per pin.
    • Ensure the total power dissipation does not exceed 350mW to avoid overheating.
  4. Programming:

    • Use a compatible programmer to apply the programming voltage (12.0V ± 0.5V).
    • The programming current should not exceed 10mA.
    • Programming and erasing times are both 10ms (max).
  5. Temperature Considerations:

    • Operate the device within the temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
    • Store the device within the temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
  6. Standby Mode:

    • When the device is not in use, ensure all inputs are held at valid logic levels to minimize standby current (50μA max).
  7. Handling Precautions:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge, which can damage the sensitive components.
    • Follow proper soldering techniques to ensure reliable connections and avoid thermal stress.
