Instructions for Use
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the specified range of 4.5V to 5.5V.
- Connect the ground (GND) pin to a stable reference ground.
Input Handling:
- Apply valid logic levels to all input pins. Avoid floating inputs as they can cause undefined behavior.
- Input leakage current should be within ±1μA to prevent unintended operation.
Output Handling:
- Do not exceed the maximum output current of 25mA per pin.
- Ensure the total power dissipation does not exceed 350mW to avoid overheating.
Programming:
- Use a compatible programmer to apply the programming voltage (12.0V ± 0.5V).
- The programming current should not exceed 10mA.
- Programming and erasing times are both 10ms (max).
Temperature Considerations:
- Operate the device within the temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
- Store the device within the temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
Standby Mode:
- When the device is not in use, ensure all inputs are held at valid logic levels to minimize standby current (50μA max).
Handling Precautions:
- Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge, which can damage the sensitive components.
- Follow proper soldering techniques to ensure reliable connections and avoid thermal stress.
