Instructions for Use:

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the range of 4.5V to 5.5V.
    • Connect a decoupling capacitor (typically 0.1μF) close to the power pins to filter out noise.
  2. Current Consumption:

    • The standby current (ICCS) should be monitored to ensure it does not exceed 0.5μA at 5V.
    • The active current (ICCA) should be within the range of 15mA to 30mA when operating at 5V and 5MHz.
  3. Timing Parameters:

    • The access time (tAA) must be at least 70ns to ensure reliable data read/write operations.
    • The cycle time (tCYC) should be at least 100ns to prevent overlapping operations.
  4. Signal Levels:

    • Ensure that the output high level (VOH) is at least 2.4V and does not exceed VCC - 0.5V.
    • The output low level (VOL) should be between 0V and 0.5V.
    • The input high level (VIH) should be at least 2.0V and not exceed VCC - 0.5V.
    • The input low level (VIL) should be between 0V and 0.8V.
  5. Temperature Considerations:
