Instructions for Use:

  1. Power Supply:

    • Connect the Vcc pin to a power supply within the range of 4.5V to 5.5V.
    • Connect the GND pin to the ground of the power supply.
  2. Output Connection:

    • The output is an open collector, so connect a pull-up resistor between the output pin and Vcc.
    • The output will be low (0V) when the sensor detects a magnetic field of at least 30G.
    • The output will be high (Vcc) when no magnetic field is detected.
  3. Mounting:

    • Ensure the sensor is mounted in a location where it can detect the magnetic field without interference from other magnetic sources.
    • The sensor is sensitive to both north and south poles due to its bipolar nature.
  4. Temperature Considerations:

    • Operate the sensor within the temperature range of -40°C to +85°C to ensure reliable performance.
  5. Handling:

    • Handle the sensor with care to avoid damage to the pins or the package.
    • Avoid exposing the sensor to excessive mechanical stress or moisture.
  6. Testing:

    • To test the sensor, bring a magnet close to the sensor and observe the output change.
    • The output should switch from high to low when the magnetic field strength exceeds 30G.
  7. Storage:

    • Store the sensor in a dry, cool place away from strong magnetic fields and static electricity.
