2. Electrical Connections:

3. Operating Conditions:

   • Do not exceed the maximum RMS on-state current (IT(RMS)) and peak on-state current (ITSM).
   • Ensure the off-state voltage (VDRM) is not exceeded to prevent breakdown.
   • Keep the junction temperature (TJ) below the maximum limit to avoid thermal damage.

4. Surge Handling:

   • The device can handle non-repetitive surge currents up to the specified I2t value. Ensure that any transient conditions do not exceed this limit.

5. Storage:

   • Store the device in a dry, cool environment within the specified storage temperature range to prevent degradation.

6. Handling:

   • Handle the device with care to avoid mechanical stress or damage to the leads.
   • Use appropriate ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions to prevent damage from static electricity.

7. Testing:
