Instructions for Using BA2902F
Supply Voltage (Vcc):
- Ensure the supply voltage is within the range of 4.5V to 5.5V to avoid damage to the device.
Output Current (Iout):
- The device can provide a maximum output current of 3.0A. Ensure the load does not exceed this limit to prevent overheating and potential failure.
Efficiency (η):
- The efficiency of the device is typically between 70% and 90%. Optimize the circuit design to achieve higher efficiency by minimizing parasitic losses.
Operating Frequency (fsw):
- The operating frequency should be set between 100kHz and 300kHz. Higher frequencies can reduce the size of external components but may increase switching losses.
Quiescent Current (Iq):

Dropout Voltage (Vdo):
