5 FB Feedback for output voltage adjustment
6 PG Power Good (Indicates stable output)
7 SENSE Current sense input
8 NC No Connect (Do not use)

Instructions:

  1. Power Supply Connection:

    • Connect the input power source to the VIN and GND pins.
    • Ensure the input voltage is within the specified range (4.3V to 24V).
  2. Output Configuration:

    • Connect the load to the VOUT and GND pins.
    • Adjust the output voltage using the FB pin. Refer to the datasheet for specific resistor values.
  3. Enable Control:

    • Apply a high signal (≥2.0V) to the EN pin to enable the device.
    • Apply a low signal (≤0.8V) to the EN pin to disable the device.
  4. Monitoring:

    • Monitor the PG pin to ensure the output is stable. A high signal on PG indicates a stable output.
    • Use the SENSE pin to monitor the output current. Connect a sense resistor between the SENSE pin and GND.
  5. Protection:

    • The device includes overvoltage, overcurrent, short-circuit, and thermal shutdown protections. Ensure these features are not triggered by operating within the specified limits.
  6. Thermal Management:

    • Ensure adequate heat dissipation by providing a heatsink or sufficient PCB copper area around the device.
  7. Storage and Handling:

    • Store the device in a dry environment within the specified storage temperature range (-40°C to 85°C).
    • Handle with care to avoid static discharge and physical damage.
