Instructions for Use:
Supply Voltage (Vcc):
- Ensure the supply voltage is within the range of 2.7V to 5.5V to avoid damage to the device.
Operating Temperature (Topr):
- The device is designed to operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Ensure the ambient temperature does not exceed these limits.
Storage Temperature (Tstg):
- When storing the device, ensure the temperature is between -65°C and 150°C to prevent degradation.
Output Current per Channel (Iout):
- Each output channel can source or sink up to 50mA. For reliable operation, keep the current within 25mA to 50mA.
Quiescent Current (IQ):
- The quiescent current is typically around 10μA and should not exceed 20μA under normal operating conditions.
Propagation Delay Time (tpd):
- The typical propagation delay time is 30ns, with a maximum of 50ns. This is the time it takes for a change in input to be reflected at the output.
Power Dissipation (PD):
- The maximum power dissipation is 700mW. Ensure adequate heat dissipation if the device is expected to operate near this limit.
Input Voltage Range (Vin):
- The input voltage should be within the range of 0V to Vcc to avoid damaging the device.
Additional Notes:
- Always refer to the datasheet for more detailed information and specific application notes.
- Proper decoupling capacitors should be used near the power supply pins to ensure stable operation.
- Ensure all connections are secure and free from shorts or open circuits.
