Instructions:

  1. Installation:

    • Ensure the relay is installed in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating.
    • Use appropriate wiring and connectors to connect the relay to your circuit.
  2. Power Supply:

    • Connect the coil terminals to a 6V DC power supply.
    • Ensure the power supply can provide at least 90mA of current to operate the relay.
  3. Control Signals:

    • Apply 6V DC to the coil to energize the relay and switch the contacts.
    • Remove the voltage to de-energize the relay and return the contacts to their default position.
  4. Load Connection:

    • Connect the load to the common (COM) and normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) terminals as required.
    • Ensure the load does not exceed the contact rating of 10A at 250VAC.
  5. Testing:

    • Test the relay by applying and removing the control voltage to verify proper operation.
    • Check for continuity between the COM and NO/NC terminals when the relay is energized and de-energized.
  6. Maintenance:

    • Regularly inspect the relay for signs of wear or damage.
    • Replace the relay if it fails to operate correctly or if any components are damaged.
  7. Safety:

    • Do not exceed the rated voltage and current limits.
    • Avoid operating the relay in environments with excessive dust, moisture, or corrosive gases.
    • Ensure the relay is properly grounded to prevent electrical hazards.
